During the Regatta weekend, there are a couple of social gatherings arranged, off of the water, to enable crews to relax and get to know each other. This year, the following events are being staged:-
This year the Swale Regatta Prize-giving will be taking place on the Friday, 7th July 19.00 for 19.30 at Conyer Cruising Club, clubhouse in Swale Marina. There will be a 2 course meal for £15.00 including vegetarian option.
If you are interested in coming along please email Richard Hargreaves email@example.com as early as possible this week. We have been asked to give the kitchen an idea of numbers by tomorrow (wednesday 28th)
We look forward to seeing you then,
Once again this year, Regatta polo shirts will be available to purchase. The 2017 edition features a very fetching shade of grey with black detail and are available at the tantalising price of £8.00. As an added incentive and for the first time this year, there will be a prize for the first team across the finish line completing one of the races (Qualifying race to be announced on the morning of the race) who are all wearing their regatta polo shirts (for those who value nostalgia and are often seen adorned in previous year’s garments, we regret that these will not be eligible).
Sizes available: S, M, L, XL, XXL. SORRY – SOLD OUT!
